Start your career with Yeovil College – and see where it can take you.
Whether you’re leaving school or college, already have some work experience, or are looking for a fresh start and a change of career direction, our Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship could be the opportunity for you.
Starting in August 2027, you’ll earn while you learn, gain hands-on experience across Yeovil College and develop the skills, confidence and qualifications to build a successful career.
Over 18 months, you’ll work across three different departments, giving you a real insight into how a large organisation works. From customer service and communications to data, digital systems and administration, you’ll get involved in meaningful work, build your confidence and discover where your strengths could take you.
And you won’t be left to figure it out alone. Supporting our apprentices is something we take seriously. You’ll have a dedicated team around you, regular coaching, time to complete your apprenticeship work and plenty of opportunities to learn from experienced colleagues. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility while having the support you need to develop along the way.
You’ll also be joining the College at an exciting time. Our new campus facilities and £60m Big Build programme are creating an inspiring place to work and learn, with new buildings, facilities and opportunities opening up across the College.
Most importantly, our apprenticeship scheme has a proven track record of success. We’ve seen apprentices grow in confidence, develop their skills and progress into higher-level roles within the College. For some of our former apprentices, their apprenticeship has been the starting point for a long-term career with us.
This is a chance to get your foot in the door, gain qualifications, build a strong CV and find out what you’re capable of – while being paid to do it.
Whether you’re taking your first step after school or college, or looking for a fresh start and a change of career direction, this is a chance to learn, develop and build a career with Yeovil College. Bring your enthusiasm, your potential and your willingness to learn – we’ll help you build the rest.
